Delivery Information

 

The Nicole Lewis Collection charges a flat rate (for unlimited items) for delivery according to the country as outlined below. Approximate delivery times are given in the table below, in international business days from the date payment has cleared.

Once an order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email providing you with a unique order reference number. The delivery is made by 1st class UK Royal Mail. All orders are processed within 2 working days. If, after 30 days from the date of shipment, you have not received your goods, please email info@nicolelewis.co.uk and quote your order number. We will be happy to review your order and contact you.

We are not liable for any additional charges that may result from the delivery process.

Please note that for any orders outside of the UK, these postage prices set out above will cover upto 4 items. If more than 4 items are ordered, we will contact you by email to confirm the additional postage charge.
