Terms & Conditions
1. Online Payments
We accept the following online payment methods via PayPal:

We accept online payment in a secure environment using the latest SSL encrypted technology via PAYPAL. PAYPAL accept most credit cards and debit cards. All transactions are shown in £ sterling.
We can also take payment over the telephone with any of the above credit or debit cards. If you would like to pay by cheque or postal order, please make these payable to Nicole Lewis. Your item will be posted to you upon clearance of funds.
2. Order and Delivery
The Nicole Lewis Collection charges a flat rate (for unlimited items) for delivery according to the country as outlined below. Approximate delivery times are given in the table below, in international business days from the date payment has cleared.

Once an order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email providing you with a unique order reference number. The delivery is made by 1st class UK Royal Mail. All orders are processed within 2 working days. If, after 30 days from the date of shipment, you have not received your goods, please email email@example.com and quote your order number. We will be happy to review your order and contact you.
We are not liable for any additional charges that may result from the delivery process.
3. Returns and Exchanges
You may cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time, any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
You may return any goods you have received from us within 14 days of receipt (or 28 days if received between 10th December - 10th January to allow for Christmas trade) . We will offer you an exchange or refund provided that the goods are returned in perfect, unused condition and with the original packaging. We will not accept the return of goods if they have been damaged, washed or dry-cleaned. If all return requirements are met, we will be happy to refund you the full amount of the price of the item but will not refund you the cost of postage. We are not responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us.

We are happy to exchange items if you would prefer a different size. However, we are unable to cover the cost of the postage and you will need to enclose the charge for further postage and packaging for us to send you your revised order.
