The Nicole Lewis Collection is a family run business with over 60 years experience in the industry. We specialise in producing high quality clothing for mature and elderly women. With our expertise, we know that older ladies appreciate high quality garments and we pride ourselves on providing this to the customer.

We also provide a friendly and easy to use delivery service for all customers, whether a private individual or a retirement or care home.

Terms & Conditions

1. Online Payments

Retail operations have been suspended until further notice. We apologise for any inconvenience.

We accept the following online payment methods via PayPal:

  • PayPal

We accept online payment in a secure environment using the latest SSL encrypted technology via PAYPAL. PAYPAL accept most credit cards and debit cards. All transactions are shown in £ sterling.

We can also take payment over the telephone with any of the above credit or debit cards. If you would like to pay by cheque or postal order, please make these payable to Nicole Lewis. Your item will be posted to you upon clearance of funds.

2. Order and Delivery

The Nicole Lewis Collection charges a flat rate (for unlimited items) for delivery according to the country as outlined below. Approximate delivery times are given in the table below, in international business days from the date payment has cleared.

Once an order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email providing you with a unique order reference number. The delivery is made by 1st class UK Royal Mail. All orders are processed within 2 working days. If, after 30 days from the date of shipment, you have not received your goods, please email info@nicolelewis.co.uk and quote your order number. We will be happy to review your order and contact you.

We are not liable for any additional charges that may result from the delivery process.
